Our client, a leading group specialized in the energy sector, supports companies in Renewable & Nuclear Energy, Gas, and Infrastructure through their Study Offices and Consultancy services.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our client's Human Resources team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and executing various HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will contribute to fostering a productive and positive work environment, handling tasks related to employee relations, payroll, performance management, and administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Conduct orientations for new hires and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related queries.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and assist in resolving conflicts.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and maintain HR policies, communicating any changes to employees.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process, tracking performance reviews and employee development.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

HR Administration and Projects:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data on employee turnover, hiring trends, and satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
