We're actively seeking a dynamic IT Technical Support to become a vital part of our expanding for one of our clients their Global Support organization.

The responsibilities of this role are multifaceted and vital to our success. You will:
- Handle technical escalations and resolve issues passed on from L1 support.
- Communicate directly with customers, providing clear and concise updates during case resolution.
- Become a product expert and stay current with new features.
- Assist customers through onboarding, implementation, production phases, and deployments.
- Collaborate closely with L3 Engineers, adhering to our predefined escalation flows.
- Maintain extensive documentation to aid other support teams and decrease future escalations.
- Participate in our global On Call rotation.
- Meet strict KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-notch service delivery.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years in a Technical Support organisation, with experience in a SysAdmin role in a Linux environment and networking. Analytical and troubleshooting skills are crucial, as is familiarity with Kubernetes administration (Azure AKS, RedHat OCP). Experience with SQL databases and version-control tools like GIT/BitBucket is advantageous.

Being business-oriented, a team player, and fluent in English are also key to success in this role.
