For one of our client in Brussels, we are looking for an employee Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to HR Managers and Business Managers, supporting them with all recruitment-related queries. You will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the best talent is brought on board.

Your tasks:

  • Proactively search for candidates using various tools and methodologies.
  • Effectively create and maintain a talent pool of active candidates for current and future positions.
  • Build and nurture a valuable network within the engineering sector.
  • Oversee campus & alumni activities, and create partnerships with relevant engineering organizations (universities, groups, etc.) to expand our client's network.
  • Manage the intake process with the Human Resources department.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Business Managers and HR Managers.
  • Write compelling and creative job descriptions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sourcing methods and tools.

Your experience:

  • You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as recruitment, business, engineering, human resources, etc.
  • You have 0 to 4 years of experience in recruitment activities (Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection, or Consulting).
  • You are proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English; Dutch is a plus.
  • You are both reactive and proactive, often suggesting new initiatives.
  • You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
