One of my clients a Microsoft Gold Partner is looking to strengthen their team by adding a Lead Consultant to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central at their client's site & lead their team of consultants (senior).

Role responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full ERP implementation or optimization process (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

• Work across various domains including finance, logistics, and healthcare

• Conduct workshops to gather and understand client needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions

• Analyze logistical processes and document them clearly and effectively

• Support clients in implementing Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment with their business processes

• Collaborate with clients, developers, and internal teams to manage standard processes and customizations

• Provide training to end-users, share best practices, and support them in adopting and using the implemented solutions

Team Leadership Responsibilities

• Act as internal Team Lead, supporting the Operations Manager in defining the team's strategic direction

• Provide direct leadership to team members, including supervision, coaching, motivation, and performance evaluation

• Advise the manager on forming and structuring project teams

• Ensure effective division of tasks and responsibilities within the team

• Organize regular knowledge-sharing and training sessions to promote continuous learning

Your profile:

• People management experience

• Previous experience with implementing Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central is required

• Speak Dutch & English (required)

• You have a driver license
