Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on the Walloon region and Luxembourg. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding our client's presence in the region by acquiring new customers and cultivating strong relationships through both traditional and digital avenues.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on innovative solutions that enhance their operations, reduce expenses, and stimulate revenue growth.
  • Engaging with both line-of-business and C-level executives by utilizing the extensive network available.
  • Collaborating closely with partners and showing strong commitment to shared objectives.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of business development efforts, implementing scalable revenue strategies, and achieving significant results as part of a dynamic team.

Are You a Fit?
If this sounds like you, you possess the skills and experience needed for success in this position. We are seeking a Sales Development Manager who has:

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity, ideally in sales and/or business development.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (and/or Digital Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Data Management, AI) is preferred.
  • Industry experience in sectors such as High Tech, Wholesale, and Manufacturing.
  • The ability to grasp the challenges various customer departments face and translate them into effective solutions.
  • A strong affinity for sales in a scale-up environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including passion, curiosity, collaboration, active listening, empathy, innovation, and perseverance (GRIT).
  • Fluent in French & English. Dutch is also a real plus


Your Work Environment
Our client has multiple branches throughout Belgium and an office in Luxembourg. In Belgium, they are located in Mechelen, Destelbergen, and Harelbeke. While you will have the option to work from home regularly, your main office will be one of these locations, and you will frequently travel to meet with clients.
