Role Responsibilities

As a Business Manager, you will be instrumental in strengthening the company's market presence and advancing their vision of human excellence for the sustainable and impactful growth of organizations and their ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Business Development

  • Crafting and executing a commercial strategy that aligns with the company's vision.
  • Generating business opportunities through meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships to build your business unit.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of prospects' needs and challenges.
  • Providing solutions, negotiating terms, and securing contracts.

Human Resources

  • Contributing to the recruitment strategy.
  • Recruiting and selecting new talent.
  • Overseeing career development and performance evaluations.

Management

  • Leading a team of consultants.
  • Supporting their skill development in line with their goals and market trends.
  • Managing the financial performance of your business unit.

Candidate Profile

  • You hold a Master's degree in engineering or business.
  • You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You are comfortable engaging with CxO-level executives, purchasers, managers, and decision-makers.
  • You exhibit a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive, and results-oriented.
  • You excel at talent identification and can work independently.
  • You have strong communication and listening skills.
  • You are fluent in English and French; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
