D365 BC Project Manager

One of my clients a Microsoft Gold Partner is looking to strengthen their team by adding a Project Manager to be responsible for the supervision of the implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central at their client's site.

Implementation & Project Management Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of ERP implementation projects after the presales and sales phases

• Guide the client through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with defined goals

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and key milestones

• Act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project

• Coordinate with product specialists for integrated solution offerings including:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Azure Cloud

• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

• PIM systems and web applications

• Monitor project budgets, track progress, and manage scope deviations

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members and oversee daily activities

• Support the customer's change management process using in-house tools and best practices

Post-Implementation & Customer Success

• Ensure a smooth transition to ongoing service and support after project completion

• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuity and satisfaction

• Identify new opportunities or additional needs within existing customer accounts

• Keep a close pulse on client status, proactively addressing concerns or challenges

Team & People Leadership

• Mentor, support, and motivate the implementation team throughout the project

• Promote use of project management methods and principles across the team

• Collaborate with Teamleads to assemble the most suitable team per project (based on skills, availability, and expertise)

• Organize and lead internal and external meetings, including steering committees

• Take a proactive role in adjusting the project direction where needed

• Engage and involve colleagues to go "the extra mile" for the client during all project phases

• Serve as a people manager and team motivator, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Your profile:

• Strong experiences as Project Manager for ERP implementation.

• Preferably experiences with D365 BC/Dynamics NAV

• Fluent in Dutch & English
