Candidate Sign Up Prize Draw – Tech Show Paris 2025

1. Promoter

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to MA (Montreal Associates), whose exhibition stand at Tech Show Paris 2025 is Number S36, and whose LinkedIn page is MA (Montreal Associates).

2. Prizes

The “Prizes” refer to four (4) €50 Amazon e-gift cards.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

No cash alternative is available.

Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for one of equal or higher value.

3. Eligibility

The Promoter’s competitions with entry at Tech Show Paris via our online form are open only to registered attendees of the Tech Show Paris 2025 event in Paris, France.
 Four (4) winners will be chosen at random from all entrants who have completed their entry correctly.

• No purchase is necessary.
• Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Tech Show Paris is not in any way affiliated with or involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per person is allowed

4. How to Enter

Each entrant may enter the competition for the four (4) €50 Amazon vouchers by completing the form to submit their CV or profile via the QR code provided on the prize draw flyer, or directly at the Promoter’s exhibition stand (S36) via the iPad stand or with one of the Promoter’s representatives.

All entries must be received by 17:00 CET on 6 November 2025.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered via the form, using a random name picker.

Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random name picker.

The draw will take place on or after 10 November 2025.

Winners will be notified by email or LinkedIn message.

The Promoter reserves the right to request the name, company, and contact details of each winner for prize fulfilment and verification.

The winner’s name and/or social media username may be posted on the Promoter’s official social media profiles

6. Liability

 The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage suffered by a participant, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, even if such loss was foreseeable.

7. Data Protection

Personal data provided in connection with the competition (including name, company, job title, email, and telephone number) will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of:

• Administering the competition and contacting winners;
• Managing participation in accordance with these Terms; and
• Any other lawful reason in line with its business activities.

Data will be handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national legislation.

8. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
