IT Platform Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced IT Platform Delivery Leader to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical data management.

This individual will play a critical role in driving technological solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and advancing the integration of data science platforms throughout the drug development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Business & IT Partnership (12+ years): Collaborate with business and technology teams to align strategic goals with IT solutions, particularly in the pharmaceutical space.

Clinical Data & Analytics Expertise (5+ years): Lead initiatives involving clinical data platforms, supporting the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.

Program Management & Leadership: Oversee complex programs and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Data Science & Technology Exploration: Utilize expertise in data science platforms to evaluate emerging technologies and propose roadmaps that align with business needs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Senior Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence technological strategies and deliver impactful solutions.

Vendor & Team Collaboration: Lead collaboration with external vendors and internal teams, steering the transition to a sustainable DevOps model while pushing for continuous technological innovation.

Desired Skills & Experience:
12+ years in business partnering and delivering IT solutions, especially in pharmaceutical R&D.
5+ years working with clinical data, analytics platforms, and end-to-end development processes.
Strong experience in program management, managing teams and projects in a matrixed environment.
Solid understanding of data science platforms and the ability to drive technological innovation.
Proven ability to engage with senior leadership, shaping technology roadmaps and strategy.
