We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. This role will be responsible for managing a key pharmaceutical account in Belgium.
Responsibilities :
- Spearheads the expansion of market share by actively prospecting, identifying opportunities, and cultivating leads.
- Collaborates with Solution Managers to promote and sell key offerings.
- Strategically identifies, prioritizes, and manages significant opportunities to concentrate efforts effectively.
- Ensures utmost client satisfaction and fosters client intimacy through comprehensive client power/influence mapping.
- Synthesizes and articulates client needs to facilitate Strategic Resource Planning.
- Manages client relationships, including contract negotiations, purchase orders, and cash collection.
- Works closely with Team Managers to drive business transformation within client accounts, enhancing the company's presence in both contingency and consultancy services.
Your profile :
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in the field of consulting and/or the service business development in the life sciences industry (preferably as a Sales Account Manager or Business Manager);
- You are customer centric;
- You know how to work with demanding business stakeholders;
- You apply a structured and straight-forward approach to high-tech & complex projects;
- You have business drive and acumen;
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and business management skills;
- You value business growth and people development;
- You hold a Master's degree
- You are a native French speaker and fluent in English
