Briefing
We collaborate with the hiring lead to understand your technical needs, cultural fit, and motivators, ensuring we identify the right talent.
Screening
We provide you with a tailored shortlist of candidates, detailing their skills and salary expectations. Through face-to-face or virtual interviews, we evaluate their expertise, cultural fit, and motivation to ensure the right match.
Sourcing and Pre-Screening
Using LinkedIn insights, direct sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping, we identify both active and passive candidates. Our screening process ensures the right fit while providing valuable market intelligence.
Report Updates
We keep you informed with regular progress reports, providing updates on the search as agreed upon in the briefing stage.
Interviews & Shortlisting
We arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings to shortlist the best candidates for you. Interviews are mostly arranged via Microsoft Teams, ensuring flexibility, confidentiality, and convenience.
Reference Checking
We conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates to gain a third-party perspective on their suitability. A second check follows upon offer acceptance, unless you prefer to handle this in-house. Criminal or security checks can also be arranged.
Process & Offer Management
We coordinate and manage the entire interview process and negotiate offers with eligible candidates, ensuring everything aligns with your expectations.
Follow-up & Debrief
After placement, we stay engaged with you and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition. A debriefing session after the probation period helps us confirm satisfaction and address any areas for improvement.
